The Ceramic League of the Palm Beaches joins Artists of Palm Beach County and the Wellington Art Society in a collaborative exhibition celebrating art through the power of unity. This exhibit strives to showcase the richness, diversity and creative strength of our collective artistic voices.

​​The Palm Beach County Arts Consortium is a collaborative initiative uniting leading arts organization throughout the county. By working together, we amplify opportunities, foster connections, and strengthen the cultural landscape of our community. Participation in this event offers the opportunity to be part of a county-wide collaborative exhibition, gain exposure across multiple arts organizations, connect with a broader audience of collectors, supporters, and fellow artists and celebrate the strength of our creative community—together.​

​Eligibility

  • Open to current members of participating organizations - each organization will manage their own call.  You may apply to each organization you belong to by submitting to that organization and paying its submission fee. Applicants may apply to more than one organization with different works.

  • All submissions are original work.

  • Explicit, political, or work created with AI is ineligible for this show.

  • Artists agrees that submissions are for sale.

  • Artists may submit up to 3 works
     

Important Dates

CLPB Call opening:  April 15, 2026

Submission deadline: July 12, 2026 (Submit up to three artworks.)

Notification to artists: July 18, 2026 (On or before)

Delivery of artwork: July 23, 2026 11 am. - 1 pm, 4 pm- 6 pm

Opening reception: July 25, 2026 5- 7 pm

Closing Reception: August 30, 2026 1-3

Artwork pickup: August 30, 2026, after 3 PM

Submission Details

Submission Fee: $30 for CLPB Members 
CLPB Membership is $35/year. Current members are eligible to participate. If your membership has lapsed or you wish to join CLPB as a new member to participate in this exhibition and others, please visit www.ceramicleaguepalmbeaches.org, click on “Membership” to update your membership/join before entering this exhibit.

Sales: CLPB Members will receive 75% of the selling price. Sales will be handled through CLPB, artists will be paid within 30 days of the show's closing.

 

Application:

 Our online application can be found below by clicking the "Apply Now" button. If you have any difficulty with this process or have any questions, email ceramicleaguepalmbeaches@gmail.com and include your phone number. We are here to help. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the deadline for assistance with the online application process.

 

Terms:

  • Applications will accepted through our website. 

  • Please label JPGS on your application as follows: Artist first name-Artist last name-title-heightxwidth-price. This will facilitate the work of the volunteers preparing the labels for the show, so it's important to follow the format precisely. Take care to ensure that JPG image names match the work title listed on the entry form.

  • Work previously displayed in a CLPB exhibit is not eligible for resubmission.

  • Maximum size is 30 inches on the longest edge, including the frame. Hanging works are limited to 30 pounds: pedestal pieces should not exceed 50 pounds.

  • Work is juried by the CLPB Jurying Committee. Due to limited space not all entrants may be included. Please respect the jury's selection process. The jury is comprised of competent, qualified members who will make thoughtful and mindful decisions. Please remember CLPB officers and the exhibition committee are all volunteers, working hard to bring opportunities to membership.

  • Ceramic League of the Palm Beaches will do its best to safeguard against theft, loss, breakage, or other damage; however, it will not be financially responsible for the reimbursement of lost or damaged work.

  • Exhibitors are required to  bring a completed and signed Exhibition Form, which includes a Waiver of Liability and Photo-release agreement, and labels attached to their work at drop off. Upon acceptance, you will receive an acceptance letter along with exhibition forms and labels. 

  • Entry fees are nonrefundable. 

  • Please drop-off and pick-up at the designated times. If necessary, other arrangements must be made in advance of the designated dates.  CLPB does not have transport or storage capabilities for artwork left behind.
     

Labeling JPGS:

• Keep in mind there is a size limit to the JPG images that may be uploaded. If the application refuses your image, it is likely too big. Try reformatting and try the upload again.

• Please label the JPG: Artist first name-Artist last name-title-heightxwidthxdepth-Price

          Example: Jane Smith "Ostrich" 14x8x5 $2800  The standard is to list the height, then the width, then          depth. Please review the form before submitting, information entered will be used for printing labels          for the show. The price you submit may not be changed after submission. Unfortunately, if files                    are not labeled correctly, the application may be rejected.
