Hospitality Committee |

The hospitality committee shall act as host at meetings, special events and functions such as worksops and exhibitions of the Ceramic league.

Membership Committee |
|
| The membership committee shall furnish prospective members with the application for membership, provide new members with a roster and copy of by-laws. When a new member is ready to become an exhibiting member and ready to have their ceramic art juried in they we be given a set of jury rules, present applicant's work to the board for consideration to be an exhibiting member, notify member of acceptance or rejection after the jury process. |

Publicity Committee |
|
| The Publicity committee shall prepare and direct all publicity relating to ceramic League activities and supervise all paid advertising. Help on preparing ads, mailers and cards for exhibits and special events. |

Scholarship Committee |
|
The scholarship committee for the Ceramic League of the Palm Beaches will send out applications for an Educational Scholarship to be given to a deserving student majoring in ceramic art.
Applications will be accepted from March through May each year.
The Scholarship Committee will be given the application and images then they will be submitted to be juried by the residing Board of the Ceramic League of the Palm Beaches.

Web Site |

| The web committee will help keep the web site updated with new information. Add pictures when new happenings and meetings take place. . The passwords will be checked and stored by the web keeper. |

| The committee will help on the set-up, take down and clean-up. Also handling the league sales gift wrapping and handing out information on becoming a Ceramic League member. |

Clay Workshops |
|
| The committee will find Ceramic artists who will present Demos for our general meetings. Help with finding Ceramic artists for one or 2 day hands-on clay workshops to be given to the league members and other guest if space is available. Committee members will help on the workshop as needed and set up members to help on the clean-up. |
